Utter Disappointment
So last week my sister and I decided to place an order with Camellia Dynasty for one of their Sage horses. I've wanted one for a while, and just finally got up the courage to take the plunge. We went with white, ordered a horn to match, a horse blanket, and two sets of extra pieces to make manes and tails of our own. I checked on our order twice, and it said on my account on their site that the order was processing. I never received an email confirmation of my order, but I thought maybe that was just how that website did things.
Then yesterday, I tried to go to their site and it had completely disappeared! There's no trace of their website ever existing at all, save a Facebook page they stopped using ~3 years ago. I tried emailing them three times, twice before the purchase with a question, and once yesterday on discovering their site is gone. Nothing. I'm so disappointed. Of course, paying with PayPal we can get the money back, but that was hardly the point. I don't understand why a reputable seller would up and disappear like that with no word to their customers.
Anyway, I thought it should be made known that the Camellia Dynasty website is gone. I still have a little hope to hear from them through the case I opened with PayPal in an attempt to learn what happened, but it might be that we just missed our chance. Oh, well, as my mom says, there will always be something else to want in the future.
