History of Ryder's First BJD Ever

Barrel Ryder here again, with my next doll family. This family doesn't really have a last name but one of the characters has a last name so it's kinda confusing...I'll just get on with the post and it should make sense by the end.


This is the family.


This is Jade. She was my first ever BJD and the first ever BJD to enter this house, she is very special to me. Jade has a sad story, her husband was a police officer and was killed in the line of duty very shortly after they were married. Jade adopted three children after her husband died. She also owns a ranch and has a very handsome ranch hand who you will met momentarily.


Jasmine was my second ever BJD. Jasmine's best friend is Lego Loki from the Avengers movie, Loki pretends to be mean but mess with his girl and he will end you! Jasmine also loves the Lord of the Rings, and the Hobbit.


This is Amy. Amy is soft spoken loves horses and nature, oh and has a huge crush on Marcus from the Roads' house. Lucky for her, she helps the Roads by babysitting their kiddos and Marcus is usually there helping out...


This is Christian, Chris for short. Chris has a favorite word, conundrum. He once was locked in a box with some of our other dolls for 22 hours and every time he spoke he used the word, now it nearly sends certain listeners into fits... Still he is very sweet and yes he will be remaining bald, he has rejected every wig I have given him as he is very picky. (I love him even without hair, he's my bald baby!)

This is Jack Funkel, please don't mock it'll hurt his feelings and he is after all 72 cm, roughly 27 inches tall you don't want to get on his bad side. Jack is Jade's ranch hand. He also has a major crush on her and she secretly feels the same but is scared because of her late-husband. She doesn't get too close because she's afraid of losing someone she loves again. Jack earned his name because when he came the pinky finger of his right hand was broken clean off so I called him Nine Fingered Jack. I didn't know it would stick...His last name is far to complicated to explain right now.



And this little guy is Loki or as my mom says 'the gnat'. Loki is Jack's best friend. Jack saved the little guy's life and now Loki will not leave the big guy's side.

And now you've met my second largest doll family.

New Wigs

Last time, I introduced Cory and stated that he would be getting a new wig. I shopped around a bit, though, because I really wanted a good brown wig, and I also wanted it to fit. One of the most difficult things I find in wig buying is getting the size that's advertised and also a style that's not terribly different from the pictures. Luckily, I found a brown wig on Fabric and Friends that I really liked. Not only was the color good, the style wasn't too bad either. I may need to trim the bangs a little, because of how they hang in his eyes, but I'm going to wait a bit before I go there. My hair cutting skills need work. Another character who needed a new wig was Cal. I really liked Cal's old wig, both the color and the style, however, it sloshed on Cal. Goodbye, Blogger!

Hi, guys! Long time, no post. So Blogger changed their set up on here, and I hate it. I find it kind of difficult to use because of how photos go in now and all that. It was never great to begin with because of all the glitches I experienced as I used it. (For example, if I left it open too long it would start having different technical difficulties, so you couldn't go to dinner and come back or anything like that.) And when they changed everything else and wouldn't let me go back to the old set up, I was like "you know what? Forget this!" And for a while I toyed with the idea of setting up elsewhere, but was a bit intimidated. I just did it, though, and it's amazing! So much better than being here on Blogger. (This is a personal opinion and if you use Blogger and love it I'm truly very happy for you.) My new blog is called Outcast Chronicles and is set up on weebly. The Knight and the Dragon

On a crisp fall day, Sir Damian took a walk through the forest. Finding a large, flat rock, Damian sat for a while, autumn leaves floating gently from the trees around him. From behind the rock at his back, Damian heard a sound. What is that? Damian looked over his shoulder... A little dragon!
