Exploring Grandma's

After Horace and Jasmine took a closer look at the bananas, the rest of the dolls grew bold enough to climb out of their box and take a closer look around.

Xavier, who has no memories prior to coming to live with the Walls, was fascinated by the South Dakota farm country.

As for Marcus, he quickly became enamored by my Grandpa's collection of tiny tractors and persuaded Xavier to come look them over with him.

Meanwhile, Jasmine and Horace looked for ways to get into trouble again.

"This basket has so many greeting cards in it," Jasmine mused. "Are they all homemade?"

Horace was fascinated with the cross-stitch. "Do you think I could learn how to do this?" he wondered aloud.

"Probably not," Jasmine told him bluntly, "you don't have the patience."

Left to their own devices, Brick and Rocky found my Grandpa's case of large tractors and tiny wrenches.

"Brick, let's pose for a picture," Rocky suggested.

Brick, however, was too busy inspecting the wrenches. "I didn't know they made so many different brands of wrenches," he marveled.

"Hurry up and turn around, Brick," Rocky commanded sharply. "My arms are getting tired."

Of course, don't forget to read Rocky's lines in a British accent, since he is British after all.
